A gentle daily planner that doesn't punish you.
CapyPlan is a gentle daily planner built on a simple hypothesis: we assume that you don't follow your plans. Life happens, we are humans. Instead of making you feel guilty for unfinished tasks, CapyPlan helps you adapt your plans, honor your effort, celebrate small wins, and move toward your goals with kindness.
On-device encouragement, powered by Apple Intelligence.
CapyPlan now uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to write gentle, personal encouragement as you plan — and replan — your day, celebrating what you did finish instead of nagging you about what you didn't. Everything runs privately on device: no tasks, plans, or prompts ever leave the iPhone.
Turn a big, scary task into small, doable steps — so starting feels light instead of overwhelming.
Soften any task into a kinder, lower-pressure version of itself when the original feels like too much today.
There's more than done and not done. Marking a task as tried honors the effort you put in, even when it isn't finished.
Notice your mood and energy before you plan, so you plan for the person you are today — and don't overplan.
End the day reflecting with Capy: what happened, how it felt, and what you want to carry into tomorrow — closing the day with kindness instead of a guilt list.
